I have had good experiences before but at this point I am not sure what is going on with this branch. I received a quote and had it on hold for a month and when I went back to get my car insured a month later the rate went up by $60. According to the lady it was because corporate erased the previous quote. Now I called to get my deceleration page and 2hrs later I am still waiting on it. I understand it gets busy but come on 2 hrs. I called their last week to speak to someone who could help me with my policy and was told that they would need to call me back because all agents were with clients. 1 month later I still have not received a call back. Step up your customer service or you will lose 3 customers that you have had for 10+ years and that is a shame especially since you guys USED TO PROVIDE AMAZING SERVICE.
