Do not buy a policy from these people. It may even be a scam, but that is to be determined since I was just forced to file a claim against them with the Texas Department of Insurance. I've had a "policy" with them for almost a year now and still have been unable to get a copy of my policy. I called 2 mths ago to request one and they told me they would mail me one but would take a couple of weeks to get. Still nothing, I called again and now they want to charge me $15 to get a copy of a policy i never got to begin with. Now I just want to cancel my policy and can't because Paula in their office tells me they dont even have me in their system, even though the have been draftinf my bank account every mth for a year!!!!! I called back to request an email address to give the Department of Insurance and they refuse to give me one and now that they are aware of the complaint O somehow magically popped up in there system. WOW!!!!! Still can't cancel my policy though as I requested numerous times cause she says I need to do it in writing but can't send it via email. This place is a joke. What a scam.
