ill begin by saying State Farm, as a company, is a nightmare to deal with whenever you file a claim. They will spend their time fighting and lying to you, the policy holder, than helping in any manner. However; if you still choose to do business with them and still want worse service then Anabella is the right agent for you. During the last 30 years of paying high premiums she has first hand neglected to see if our policies qualified for any discounts, until the day we cancelled, costing us several thousands per year over 30 years. She truly doesn't care about a single policy holder, her young staff doesn't have a single idea of what customer service means or how to assist. Once we cancelled the home policies was the first time state farm (customer service) called us to tell us we qualify for hundreds of dollars of discounts in all our of our properties, even asked why our agent never added any discounts. What's worse we had several policies we asked to be put in monthly billing to our checking account. They called 100days later saying they forgot to put the monthly billing (2nd time they done this) and what's worse they cancelled the policy 10 days prior to the call. Meanwhile they left my family and I uninsured in danger of having an accident, and Anabella manages to be offensive and rude over the phone while I was trying to get everything resolve. Her only excuse was, she had fired a lot of people and would fire more. But never even apologizing for their mistakes. If you want a headache whenever you have a loss get a policy with state farm, if you choose for more headaches and nightmares choose Anabella for your agent. Adding those 2 is a formula for hell on earth, there are millions of insurance companies and agents better qualified. She should not be in business.
