Muy mala experiencia, casi 6 meses esperando una llamada de ellos y con muy mala actitud , más de 15 días esperando un reembolso de dinero que el cual sigo esperando hasta hoy, y cuando hablo me ponen en espera y no me dan solución, en vdd mejor vallan y chequen otros seguros como al que me cambie nationwide más barato, mejor servicio y más cobertura
That men Juan Sanchez is nothing but BS he always haves he's customers running around always Lie's to he's customers. I was an employee at farmers insurance and Juan Sanchez would always make me lie to he's customers and would tell me to keep the customers on hold every time a customer would call and he wouldn't have he's information ready... Very poor service
