HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. I WAS MISINFORMED AND MISSED MY DRIVING TEST APPT WHICH WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME I HAVE COURT I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION TO AN EMPLOYEE "JAMES" AND HE TOLD ME I DIDN'T NEED TO BE IN THE INSURANCE although i was willing to pay. I WENT BACK AND ASKED IF I COULD AT LEAST PAY HALF AND ALL THEY DID WAS REIMBURSED 20$ LOW QUALITY IN CUSTOMER SERVICE DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE MANAGER WASN'T UNDERSTANDING AT ALL.
My preferred rental store in laredo! James usually makes sure we are well taken care of and goes out his way for us. Management team also does a great job servicing customers. Even the cars themselves are very clean and well taken care of. Always professional, courteous and helpful. Recommend you stop by and talk to these guys before you rent.
