My husband rented a car from here,when he returned the car with his brother no one was in the office. So theywent out side and walked around the car and saw nothing.3 weeks later we live in another state they call us and tell us there is 1150 damage to the car.when someone came in office they did not even walk around the car. Watch out for this place I feel it is all a BIG SCAM.
The worst rental place never renting from Avis again. They charged me for another day simply because I was 30 minutes late, yes I get it late is late no excuses but sometimes traffic and many things can happen you can't be that strict ... and the lady at the customer service wasn't nice at all I think she hated her job ... never Avis again.
I recently rented a car from them to be picked up at the airport and the manager was extremely nice and helpful, great experience.
Worst rental experience. The rented car has problem with ac. After complaining the issue to the manager, she is not in a position to understand. Instead refunding the amount they charged me extra. Enterprise is thousand times better.
I have sent an email explaining the issue based on the response to this review. Waiting for them to reply.
Date: 4/20/17 Called to make a reservation. The lady at the airport in Laredo TX did not provide a better explanation as to why we could not drop off the car at our destination. We call Avis main number as to why and gave us a better detail as to why we could not drop off the car at our destination . The lady at the airport was not helpful and not was informative as to why we couldn't, her main answer was, I work here and only rents out within the state.
