Horrible people. My sister's dog went in need of urgent emergency care, but was denied the help he needed because he didn't have an appointment. Wish they were more compassionate and useful.
We are truck drivers from MO. Our cat had caught her claw on something and broke apart one of her nails and it was sticking out and mangled. I was worried about her getting it infected if we waited to get home to our vet. They got us right in and took care of our baby very quickly and were all so nice. Will definitely remember them.
Money and not pets is what they care for. I recently took my pet to Dr. Rodriguez at this clinic. He was doing completely fine but I wanted him to get a check up on something I had recently found. Although I always I had the feeling in me that they didn't have the knowledge for exotic pets I had to take him there as there are no exotic vetenerians in Laredo. My pet died right after I took him to his appointment even though he went into the checkup doing completely fine. I mentioned the change in his behavior and I was told it was just stress. That he was in shock. I am devastated and I just want to let others know to go somewhere else. They DO NOT care about your pets and will do whatever gets them more money. I hope this review helps other who might ever be in search of a good like I was.
They love animals more than I do. Great Staff. Highly recommend.
This place is really like no other. They treat customers and pets really well. They give you recommendations regarding your pet and attempt to truly help. I felt it wasn't about money, but genuine concern to make my cat feel better.
