I love to eat here. It may be my favorite place to eat for lunch. This place is not too expensive. The brisket sandwiches are awesome and so are the turkey sandwiches. The beans are soo good and the cream corn as well.
Great food, good beer selection, feels like an indoor picnic with bbq. Brisket is tasty, ribs are great,love the cream corn, and the servers are usually in good spirits. Try the loaded baked potato. A bit pricey but a good place to enjoy.
Hands down some of the best brisket! Their "lean" brisket is still juicy, tender and nice and smokey. That same brisket in the morning in a taco with egg is fantastic. Really happy to have good BBQ in the area. Plan to try some of the other meats on the menu.

First time visiting Laredo on business. Checked out Trip Advisor for top restaurant reviews. I list eating as a hobby, so I do not say this lightly: Rudy's is some of the best food I have ever eaten. The brisket, the chicken, the pulled pork, the cream corn, the beans (they let you sample it before you buy it!)... phenomenal. If you like BBQ, Rudy's is a mandatory stop. THIS is how you prepare BBQ!!
