Super disappointed with the service.. I went Today and had to return the order 2 times, by the third time I just gave up and ate it wrong.. Sadly i Was on my lunch break and couldnt waste any more time.. Quality is seriously on the downfall at this location

I go to this place several times a month and I have seen several mom's, including myself changing the babies in the car, due to this situation.
I ordered the #10 Lettuce Wrapped Thick burger. The lettuce they used to "wrap" my burger were small bits so it fell apart, it was a tasty burger, but hard to handle. I ordered a medium criss cut fries and I got like 5-6 fries. I wanted sweet tea and it was unsweetened. I feel like they have opportunities to really shine as their product is good, just falls short.
I'd really appreciate it.

Its ok. Wont be going back in a while. Other fastfood joints have better portions for the same money
Service here is great! My order was taken with a great attitude and everything was what was expected. My children wanted to go into the play area but it was full and they got upset, and one of the employees changed the channel from what they typically have on and they put a children's movie. My three boys instantly stopped crying and sat down to eat.
