The crowd and environment was good. But the service was awful. Took over an hour to get the food from the time we ordered it. And roughly 45 minutes to get drinks. Way understaffed. Didn't clear our table of finished plates for almost 2 hours. Worst applebees Ive ever been to.
I go to apple bees at least twice a month. Mostly for the spinach dip I love cheese. I've tried the salads; they're very good. Most entres I've had are good. No bad experiences, the servers have always been prompt and kind to me and my family. Overall good experiences.
Went here on Tues Nov 21st at 9pm. The hostess didn't smile or even greet me. She sat me immediately to the right without ever speaking. 15 MIN later my waitress finally shows up to get my drink order! Comes back 12 min after taking my drink order with no tea and says they have to make more! I got up and left! CUSTOMER SERVICE SUCKED SO BAD I didn't even want to wait the hrs it might have taken to order food.
We switched servers and ordered. Not by my request. When we received our food, I received mine last and not at proper temp. Those who got here at our table after we arrived and ordered got their food first. I was the last to get food. Severely disappointed will NEVER return.
The service was good but the food was not. The bathroom looked clean but had a strong foul odor. Probably will not go back.
Worst service. Showed by server my iD I was honest and said it’s expired and I look my age. She said she couldn’t serve me drinks. That was okay. She gave me attitude and walked away.
