On multiple visits it seems as though this place is not prepared for anything, much less a lunch crowd. The most recent visit, there was no response at the drive through, and was blown off by the clerk attending the window. Popeye's was one of my favorite places in previous towns I lived in. Here in Laredo, they need some serious work. It takes an average of 25 minutes to get my food (bad for a lunch hour), and it doesn't seem like the staff has any idea what they are doing.

Extremely disappointed with their drive thru. Takes forever. Cars in front of me can take up to 5 minutes before they even order. It took me 25 minutes in line to when I finally got my order. The only reason I didn't get down is because I was wearing my pjs ! This is not the first time this happens. :(

Really upsetting on how this location never has any chicken ready. The wait here is always more then 20 mins what’s the point of a drive thru. This happens to often. I encourage the management to work on having better service and have chicken ready for drive thru customers.
