The absolutely terrible service and average food give this eatery it's one star! When my waiter asked me what I would like to eat she had to ask me to point out what it was on the menu cause she had no idea what I was talking about. Terrible. Update: they got my order wrong! Never coming here again. Don't waste your time taco palenque has better food.
My first time there last night, my family in law where celebrating a birthday and they made reservations with advance but the place was not well staff. They took forever to bring our food and when they did a few plates where cold. my wife plate was cold and I ask the waitress to reheat the plate and she made us a face, then we ask for a spoon for my 2 year old they never brought it, my wife cousin never got her plate everyone was eating except her. we all finish and her plate was still not ready. we told them and they didn't even apologize they just brought the plate. then when I was paying the lady said my card didn't passed and I told her I will be right back and she kept asking everyone on our table for me that I hadn't paid for my plate, she never swipe my card I had to go get my bank card. I didn't like food and service was bad . I would give half a star but I don't get the choice never going back to this place...
So sad they are closing for good on 10/22/17.
