Our waiter, Hector was awesome! Fast, friendly and accurate. We just came form another restaurant (Applebees) where we waited an hour and left hungry due to poor service. He not only got our orders out fast, kept our glasses full, but also genuinely lifted our spirits. After leaving that awful service, we were hesitant to go to another, to say the least. However Hector made it worth it. I'm glad we came to Chili's and got great service.
Not busy at all, but had to wait til after my food was served for my drink, even after multiple attempts at reminding the server for it. The tables were filthy. The food was good i had a variety of things. The server was really nice though. I have had both good and bad experiences at this place. So a 50/50 shot when eating here.
