Del Norte self storage is second to none . I have been there over 10 years and they have had management changes . they were some managers better than others but their current manager Cynthia Collazo is excellent. She will do everything that she can possibly do to meet a clients needs . She is a truly great person , very pleasant and always a smile on her face . Apart from that the total facility is well taken care of. Clean , Commercial trash dumpsters available so you can get rid of what whatever it is that you want to dispose of. I have a credit card on file so I never have to worry about forgetting to make my monthly rental fees. Cynthia take care of that without fail. The prices are very reasonable and they are close to everything. I have had the please of meeting the district supervisor (Gustavo) and their CEO Betty Solis who rented me my first unit who are also professional in their treatment of customers. You don't feel like a you are just another customer but they treat you with respect and courtesy and value your business . Take it from me don't waste your time shopping around. Go to Del Norte self storage and Cynthia will take care or your storage needs . I have rented many storage units in my life but nothing compares to Del Norte and Cynthia .

Needed a place to store my things for a while, after 7 months of paying for a larger unit, decided to consolidate to a smaller unit was treated with rudeness and told they could sell my things if I didn't want to continue to pay or the unit I already had... even though I'd already said I was getting a smaller unit, they disabled my access code and left me locked inside with no way to exit for nearly an hour.
