The jackass driving cab # 4116 and hauling trailer # 40301 on September 21, 2016 nearly ran me off of Hwy 70 near Troy, IL at 8:50 am! I was trying to merge from the on ramp onto Hwy 70 East and this trucker wouldn't move to the left lane to allow me access. There was no one in the left lane which would have prevented him from moving over! I was forced onto the shoulder of the road because of this unsafe driver!
