First class operation
Let me start by saying trips are good no force dispatch but here is the cons when you apply they forget to tell you that if you ever leave the company they charge $150.00 from you for some BS paperwork and your initial drug screen test, never seen that in all my years working company suppose to absorb that cost, unless you work more than 60 days that would then be fair for them charge you back, next they preach to pay same day you get back, problem is you got to wait for check for about 3 hours maybe even 4 and be there before 5pm if not you screwed, now this place is far away it is a waste of gas to leave and comeback the next day for your check, further more equipment is not well maintained they have some good trucks but the rest are junk to be going 48 states unless you want to be put out of service if caught and get points on your license or break down in some remote area, there are many details wrong in the company when there is a problem they take there time to get you out of it human resources is of no help nobody seems to know the answer unless you talk directly to the owner good luck with that one... 1 star is what in my opinion is worth giving for having good trips you go and comeback but the rest needs lots of work been there done that time to move on.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY...Probably some of the worst service I've ever seen from a trucking company. Shipment missed delivery in Laredo, TX and shut down a customer. Jerry in dispatch lied about where the shipment was. Very dishonest company with poor service.
