This is my second time renting from this location. I came back on the promise of lower prices and better services. I made an appointment to use their rental truck to move. Arrived at my designated time and the office was closed, during normal business hours. I had to call several times before the manager answered and said she was busy and wouldn’t have a truck available for another two hours. The gate code never works and the gate is left open 85% of the time. They raised prices immediately after I rented my unit. Terrible service with employees who have a horrible attitude when dealing with dedicated customers who have been nothing but courteous.
Every other month or so I get a message saying that my account is past due and have late fees. How is this possible when it's automatically deducted!? When I call they give me the same thing "the card isn't on file. We can add it for automatic payment." It already was! It's so frustrating. I feel it's a scam to purposely set up late fees. Will be looking for a nother storage company.

It is a real shame the ratings for this facility are weighted positively by employees of the previous owners. The service provided by the current owners is very poor. The office is frequently closed during regular business hours. The staff arrives to work late. Supervisors don't return phone calls. I have been denied access to my unit many times because 'the gate equipment isn't working'. There is no grace period, you WILL be locked out if your payment has not been posted to your account before the first of the month. Your history or length of time as a customer is never acknowledged or appreciated. The ONLY thing that is guaranteed to be done regularly is the raising of the rates. If you lease a space from this location, the charges WILL increase every single year.
