The room was mid range. I had a superior room which gave me table/desk and upgraded channel list. The room was fairly clean nothing to complain about. I just didn't understand why the amenities were not standard instead of an upgrade.
I stay here multiple times throughout the year. Staff always very friendly. Rooms large and clean. Best of all they are pet friendly. On the rare occasion I've had issues they've been addressed quickly. Very well priced.

This hotel is perfect for someone who is looking for a good price with decent quality. The rooms are nice, the air condition works well, the beds are okay and they have free coffee. The only reason I give them 3 stars is because they are just a little bit too dirty for my liking. The carpets had noticeable stains, the shower curtain had one large brown steak on it. Our towels were stained without us using them first. The bed was not stained but had a bad odor as if it had not been washed and was also pretty hard (I found it uncomfortable). If you need somewhere to stay the night though, they are friendly and helpful at the front desk and the room is good, no bugs found anywhere.
The location is close to I35. Its acceptably clean and there's a Whataburger in short walking distance. Pro tip: ask them to refund the optional safe usage fee. They tack on a few extra bucks.
