Not at all worth the price. A Motel 6 rates better. Although all was clean(desperately needs updating), phone was not working, some light lamps weren't working, toilet seat was broken, had to run down twice because there was no iron, iron board, hair blow-dryer! I had a suite reservation for 6 ppl n only 2 towels were provided. Elevator wasn't working and hostess didn't bother to mention it. A man was given key to another person's room! Place needs to shut down n renovate and get organized for price they ask. Totally feel cheated out. This place is ghetto. Good comments must be from hotel owner.
Awesome! The assistant manager is a really cool guy & I had a nice conversation with him as well as the front desk clerks. They were really nice & was looking out for our best interest the entire time. 10 bucks for the shuttle (can't beat that). The rooms are awesome, though the bathrooms housekeeping could be improved. NO BED BUGS which is a huge plus, nice rooms with space, clean refrigerator, and microwave.
The location of the hotel was good. Just out of the way enough to not be bombarded with the sounds of traffic, yet still in close proximity to the street. The service was good. The front clerk was friendly. The room could have been a little better. It was a nice room, but the housekeeping didn't do a very nice job of cleaning it up. There were tags stuck on the wall from the previous customer and the toilet seat was a bit dirty.
Great stay staff is very friendly. Rooms are very clean and very big and spacious. The waterfall is very beautiful.I enjoyed my stay very much. Will most definitely stay here again.
An amazing place and at prime location. Very friendly staff with great service. This is my second visit and I highly recommend this place.
