This Best Western hotel is one of the nicest I have stayed at. The breakfast is great! The employees are happy and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
You make sure you watch your bill cuz I like to double charge. We paid for two nights in advance and we stayed there three nights and they still nailed us for an extra night. So instead of paying for three nights at we had to pay for four nights because they said that we didn't pay one of the nights and I was standing there watching as a manager rang it up but the guy the next day that was working the counter so no you didn't pay. So watch out when you stay there
This was a wonderful and comfortable stay at the hotel. The staff was wonderful and friendly. The room was cleaned and we loved the decor throughout the hotel. The location is perfect right off the highway. We highly recommend it.

The hotel was clean and nicely decorated, and the service was excellent. The indoor pool was a great relief from the heat outside! The complimentary breakfast was one of the best I've had at a hotel.
Good hotel. Check in is fast, rooms are modern and clean, breakfast is good, and they have security who watches your cars like a hawk. Highly recommend the best western in Laredo, over all the other hotels as it is well rounded and high quality.
