Outstanding communication and support from motel staff. I received a call the morning of my arrival to verify the additional requests submitted when I made the reservation online. Great room for the value. Excellent location with relation to shopping and dining venues. Pet friendly is a major plus!!!
Customer service and cleaning was good. Your corporate discount I'd might or might not work. Will stay again
Very, very spartan furnishings. Could only sit on bed, no chairs in room. Shower didn't function, and could only get hot water. West facing window made room uncomfortably hot during the day. Bed was uncomfortable. Overall, decided never to stay at a Motel6 again, if other choices available.
The worst experience with the customer service in my life had me wait 4 hrs for two rooms. I paid for the 3 days before. Never staying at motel 6
THANKS FOR RUINING MY VACATION STAY
The 2 stars are for the housekeepers because they were nice and did their job. I was very disappointed with our stay in our room. I booked a room online for 3 days and I chose a king size bed for my husband, 2 kids and I. When we got to the hotel I saw what looked like a full size bed but apparently was a queen size bed. I have 2 kids under 3 years old so there was no way I was gonna get a room with 2 beds cause I wasn't gonna risk our kids rolling off the bed that's why I got the biggest, a king size bed. I was frustrated cause we nearly had room on that small bed with 4 people and to top it off I have rheumatoid arthritis so being in pain and having 2 little kids kick at you and hit you when they're trying to move on a small bed is not comfortable. I rechecked my email to see if maybe i had accidentally picked a full/queen size bed but no I had chosen a king size bed. I decided to go the next day to the office to let them know about our situation. The lady in the office told me there was nothing she can do about it because when they receive a reservation it just says for how many people and not the size of the bed. I was told I needed to put in the comments that I needed a king size bed cause I have 2 kids which makes no sense cause if i click I want a king size bed i shouldn't have to remind y'all that I want a king size bed. I should've just gotten 2 beds for the same price and had my husband sleep with one kid and me with the our other kid on the other bed cause it's not worth it to pay that much for one little bed. If the site doesn't work as it should it's pretty pointless to be able to reserve online. All the rooms were booked so there was no chance of us getting what we paid for but being forced out of our home cause hurricane Harvey, forced us to stay in a room we were not okay with. We were not happy and won't recommend motel 6 to anyone.
