Excellent service! Everything was clean and modern looking. I had a great stay and comfortable night's sleep. Breakfast in the morning was insanely good. The chef made scrambled eggs mixed with bacon and other traditional sauces. I never had food that good in an hotel. Can't wait to come back
We always stay here on our drive from Puerto Vallarta back to the states for our summer visit. From check-in to breakfast, the staff shines! Especially Ricardo who lovingly prepares a breakfast feast! So nice. They also offer a snack and wine/beer time Monday - Thursday evenings. We enjoy that! We always feel at home here!
The rooms and beds are great. Front desk guy at 4am wouldn't sign me up for my reward points. But the girl in the afternoon had no problem giving them to me. That dude working night shift was rude
This was our sixth stay at this location. We will always return when business brings us to Laredo. The free breakfast consists of real food, not powdered eggs and whatnot. The rooms are always spacious and clean. The inside of the hotel is always clean, and outside grounds well kept too. The staff are polite and helpful, plus the pool and hot tub are great on a hot day.
I am giving this hotel five stars not because it is a five star hotel. It is not that, but it is a great four star hotel. It does what it does very well. It is not a luxury hotel, but it is very comfortable and enjoyable. It was clean and well kept. But the standout portion of the hotel is the staff. They are great, helpful, and pleasant. I would suggest this to anyone who is flying out of Laredo International Airport. A great place to stay.
