I have traveled extensively in the past few months, and stayed at some pretty high-end hospitality accommodations. The rooms were well-maintained, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The best part of my visit was the customer service. The team at Fairfield Inn provided better customer service than I have had at any of the other locations I have been to lately. From the facilities staff, to the front desk, to the courtesy shuttle drivers, everyone had a genuinely positive attitude and their message was consistent - "Yes we can." I plan to always stay there when visiting Laredo.

Very nice stafg,.clean and modern rooms. Outdoor pool and hot tub looked great to use yet I didn't have the time. My room was very quiet, everything is great here.
This is a nice clean hotel. They offer a reception with free beer and wine and appetizers on certain week days. It is located within walking distance to the local mall and several restaurants. It is also next door to a K-mart. It has been well maintained and has a nice outdoor pool. It is your standard chain hotel, but kept in good shape.
