We evacuated Harvey and the hotel made us so welcomed. No hassle getting checked in or even with my puppy(100 lb lab). We stayed almost a month and the manager helped connect us with relief agencies and gave us free breakfast. At times, we were at our breaking point and coming to grips with losing our home and all our belongings was boiling up, despite all of this horrible situation , the staff treated us great,welcomed us, fed us, and sincerely showed empathy for our loss. A bright star in a very dark Knight. Thank you Marriott court yard the Grose/Cremeans family.
Just stayed for a couple nights. Didn't have much interaction with the staff but the room was very comfortable. No complaints!
Staff was friendly and the room was nice and clean. Beds were super comfy. Loved having a balcony and the outdoor sitting areas. Would have been 5 stars but the swimming pool is really small.
Forgot toothpaste, so I went to the front desk and was told I could buy a tiny tube of toothpaste for $5. Never have I been to a hotel that didn't help me out if I forgot something. On the other hand, there was a kid that drove the shuttle who was very nice and helpful.
Close to the mall and the outlets. Friendly staff and a nice room. The breakfast was good at the hotel too.
