This is by far the worst Home Depot I've ever been in. There's absolutely no customer service.
After waiting close to 10 minutes for the painting Dept rep to show up. She was rude and unhelpful. When she called the manager since she couldn't understand what we needed, the manager didn't bother to talk to us but instead spoke with her and just laughed in a cynical way and walked off.
No bags..bought 300 dollars worth of plumbing stuff ..and they don't even have bags for me to carry it out...give me a break...they said- you can purchase one if you like...they should give you bags for free don't you think

Good quality on material and good prices but service is bad. I have been waiting more than 30 minutes to pickup a material I purchased online.
