Great selection and prices, but lousy customer service when you can get someone to help you. The mgr is an idiot not customer service oriented. Most of the time only one register open with long lines a mgr just watching lousy. Advertised items not in stock, excuses why they done have them, waste of time. Hassels with returns. I shop the store in Austin on Parmer rd, they far more customers yet their service is excellent, sale items instock, mgr is very helpful and no hassle on return.
I just drive one hour get to your store I just buying some tools but went to pay the lady tell me they not accept credit or debit cards. Did not have any sign to notify the people.

Good prices for tools. Finally another store that gets us out from autozone and sears shopping only. They have a nice selection and when its a tent sale... Its unbelievably awesome. The 4 stars goes to the last time I visited. 2 employees where on my sight all the time as if I was going to steal something.
