Update, I was there until 3pm.
I came to Toyota of Laredo and what an experience! I came to service my 2012 Camry and was impressed with their service department! While I was waiting I took a look at the newly designed 2018 Camry as I will soon be in the market to purchase a vehicle and my sales agent was very informative and knowledgeable. I was offered a test drive and payments what I though were going to be hypothetical. Well let me just tell you I walked out with my 2012 Camry and a new 2017 that has remarkable rebates and discounts and their wonderful Toyota Care that offers me 2 years of maintenance all free! Thank You Toyota of Laredo and the wonderful staff, you guys always amaze me with the great hospitality and service you all provide always making it hard not to come back. Thank You Powell Watson for everything you do and stand for which is clearly us the consumers!
Made an appointment for 10am, its noon and I'm still waiting. But the people are very friendly, they have amazing deals, and great coffee. But never bring your vehicle here on a Saturday. Not even with an appointment. Maybe next appointment, I'll have better luck.

Good honest help, Anthony is a good guy, he allowed me back into the service area so I can speak with the technician directly also. They also halved the price because they could not fully identify the issue. Shuttle service to and from work! What is not to like?
Toyota has a wonderful friendly staff. Ashley Gutierrez always checks on my vehicle when I call and does a great job of following up effectively. Thank you Toyota!! I love my car!! I would definitely buy another one. Great warranty and it never breaks down. I'm very happy with it.
