Excellent Customer Service in the Parts Department. The counter parts representatives know their stuff. Bobby and Joe have extensive experience and always have a truthful honest answer. They are very helpful and always get back with me on quotes and orders... Lawrence Bruni also goes above and beyond the call of duty... He has personally delivered parts even after hours... Sometimes dealers get a bad reputation... but not here. Glad to know they have and excellent team. Keep up the good work.
Orlando and his sales team members were great! From the internet sales ladies, to the salesman, and the managers.. all of them were an awesome help and they were able to get me into the exact vehicle I wanted! Worse place to get your car fixed. I took it in cause the red engine light came on and I told them I thought it was the alternator. By this time, the battery had died and it was so much money and they only changed the battery. They were suppose to refund me because the red engine light came back on as soon as they gave me the car back and they had closed. I had to come back to the valley so I took it somewhere else where it was affordable to fix the alternator. They never refunded me and just stopped talking my calls. Worse place to fix your car and will never buy from them again or take my car. Avoid it!!! They will only try to scam you!
It was a good experience. Dropped off my truck and lady was very helpful and offered shuttle to take me back. Love that I got a text when my truck was ready. No pressure and absolutely no hassle. Everyone very curteous and professional. I was amazed the way everyone worked like clockwork. I had not been there for over ten years and it is a whole lot better than back then. Keep up the great work!!
