Frank Espinoza did a great job and service was great got a beautiful car.
Went in for general service/maintenance for my Infiniti Q50 which has a maintenance agreement through Nissan-Infiniti LTD. I knew that Nissan can perform the general maintenance as it was told to us when we purchased the vehicle from an Infiniti dealership in San Antonio. This was my first maintenance scheduled since purchasing the vehicle so my wife called to double check with Family Nissan if they can service our car and run it through our maintenance agreement from Nissan-Infinit LTD; we even called the Infiniti dealership to ask them. Both Family Nissan and the Infiniti dealership said yes, any Nissan or Infiniti dealership will honor the agreement. My wife made an appointment for the following Saturday at 8:00 am. Upon check in, the service advisor says that we do not have an appointment set up but he still was able to get us in as a "priority" due to the mishap. We left the car and continued on with our errands and when we returned to pick up and check out, we were surprised to hear that we owe money for the service performed. We spent an hour and a half arguing that one of their employees had confirmed with us over the phone that yes, the agreement will be honored and an appointment had been set up. We didn't get a name because we trust that Family Nissan is an honorable business. Their manager proceeded to ask all the employees who take in appointments and answer phones as to who gave this "misinformation" to us and of course, no one did it and no one ever said anything like this (typical behavior when one thinks they might get into trouble). Manager came back to tell us that no one said this to anyone and that his employees would not lie to him, basically calling my wife and I liars. We had to call Infiniti to tell them of our horrible experience and they seemed to be astound that we were having trouble. The service manager from Infiniti had to talk to the service manager at Nissan to get this situated. Only reason I'm not giving a 1 star is because the staff was not acting rudely towards us and they kept professionalism during our argument. At the end of it all, after the manager talked to Infiniti, they finally realized that the service agreement was supposed to be honored. Regardless of this news, we will never return to Family Nissan for service on our vehicle.
Bad experience, hard time trying to get reimbursement $ from GAP insurance that i don't request at the time of purchase. Never received a copy of the signed sales contract.
WORST EXPERIENCE EVER LEFT ME ON HOLD WHEN WANTING TO SPEAK TO A FINANCE MANAGER..OPERATOR GAVE ATTITUDE OVER THE PHONE AND WAS NOT HELPFUL AT ALL..DONT GO THERE
Well let's just say that they will always answer when they are selling you a car but when it comes time to ask questions or ask about a warranty that they sold you. Well let's just say you better make time to keep calling and free up some time to go to the dealership and talk to them personally. Make sure you read the contract before signing anything.
