To those considering purchasing a Mercedes Benz, I would strongly recommend you to do so. After purchasing my car from MB of Laredo, I was rear-ended pretty badly on Loop 20. My Mercedes-Benz protected me and I can whole-heartedly say that my Mercedes can really take a hit and protect me from any further damage. This dealership is AWESOME! Super friendly staff, GM Jonny Watson Jr is super cool, down to earth and really easy to work with. Ask for Ashley Rubio when you go buy a car; she's very hospitable. I just can't say enough good thing about these guys. If you're looking for a new Mercedes-Benz SUV the 2018 GLC 300 SUV and Coupe are nice. If you're new to the luxury brand try the 2018 CLA 250

I first visited this dealership in the old place years ago; I was very disappointed with their rude service. I went last week to their new site, expecting a better experience..WRONG! First, I had to walk all the way in to get attention from the only person sitting there. I was offered to look at the cars from the outside...through the Windows! His reason? He didn't have the keys; at this time the managers were in an office chatting. This is by far the rudest I have ever been treated. I WILL never buy a Mercedes...ever! I drove down to the Volkswagen dealership and ended up purchasing the new VW Atlas premium. This place gave me a great deal and the very best service I had ever experienced. I was out of there within an hour-hour and a half!
