I've given them the benefit of the doubt but this store isn't helpful at all. I get very vague info on what I need to balance my water and the employee doesn't even run a full test. I feel like I'm just an annoyance when I go in to get help with my pool. I'm through with Leslies. In the long run its Better to just pay the pool guy.
The guy helping me try to get the correct.pool part was not very helpful. I called a day before and that person wasn't helpful either. They always say to bring it in, I live an hour away and I want to know before I drive there, if the part I need is there.
