Service center work & personnel are deplorable! Insanely awful insight, workmanship, pricing, trustworthiness and professionalism. They WILL rip you off and they won't be polite about messing up your bike. Unfortunately it took me many times here before I couldn't take it anymore. But, the sales staff are perfectly professional.
Great Service! Great selection. Have purchased 3 bikes at Laredo HD. Tony is fantastic and Cristina is the best Finance Manager. Mike has a great selection of HD clothes and always super helpful along with his staff. Vanessa is awesome in the motorclothes as well. Marco is super helpful and very hands on in the parts department. Can't say enough about our local HD delearship. It is the best!

If i could give this place no star i would. Salesman are just just looking to screw you over. I went there as a new rider looking for information, as soon as he found out i wasn't looking to buy a new motorcycle he threw a fit like he wasted his time. Just shows what kind of people work here. Taking my business elsewhere. Don't recall his name and threw his card on my way but be careful.
