They have a play site and space is nice. But driving there is unpleasantly bumpy.

It's really boring hear. They should add a pool here.

A review my "Harvey storm evacuee" daughter & family members wanted me to post for her ASAP!! She is blown away by the kindness & generosity of the AWESOME owner & manager of this park....

SAVING GRACE- As hurricane Harvey evacuees, (7 people, 6 vehicles, 2 RVs, 1 trailer, 2 boats and 7 animals) we called late in the evening and the manager, Juan C., answered promptly. We were able to put spots on hold as we were 2 hours out. He was aware of the situation and kept the office doors open, along with his staff on hand, to accommodate several groups coming in during the middle of the night. The rates, per night, are extremely reasonable. We paid for the first night in cash and were prepared to do so as long as we were displaced. The following day, Juan called and said he had spoken to the owner. The owner decided to refund us our money, from the night before, and allow us to stay for 3 nights, FOR FREE, due to our displacement. We went back to the office to get our refund and there was another woman in the same situation. Juan then told her that the owner had decided to do this for ALL evacuees. At a time when people are lost, due to be homeless and/or jobless in a matter of hours and most other places are doubling the price per night because there is no where else to go.....it's nice to know that there is still good in this world. Who would have thought we would have found our SAVING GRACE tucked away in a mobile home park in Laredo, TX. We, AND I SPEAK FOR MANY, as we all pass each other and ask where each is from, all congregate outside on coolers and lawn chairs and share stories and wait for what is to come.......ARE FOREVER GRATEFUL! GOD BLESS YOU!!!!

AP & Family

The area is always clean and they have cameras everywhere to make sure everyone is alright. The other downfall is that there septic system messes up sometimes
