Super bad service!!! I paid for next day shipping and its been 5 day and they still cant deliver my package!!! Not recommended at all!!!!
They always deliver on time, last deliver, instead of tossing it in my yard they tied it to the fence,nice
I was expecting a shipment and thought I would save on the waiting time and the fact that I work in the afternoon by having my package held at the facility so I could pick it up myself. I get here and this place doesn't open till 3pm. Who thought of this ridiculous operating times, and they're only open from 3pm to 7pm.
This UPS distribution center is THE WORST when it comes to delivering on time. WORTHLESS.
This place is such a joke. The news says there's a hurricane up in north Texas. It SPRINKLED in Laredo and the manager decided to close the whole operation. I guess only in Laredo does a little rain terrify UPS. What a joke !
