It's quiet and decent. Assistance is average. However, there's always a Hispanic program that is on, that the workers usually watch that may be mundane, or incomprehensible to clients. I believe y'all could ask for the remote control, though.
Disgusting dirty dealing place!....Cheated my brother and I and several others...we bought tickets at full price to a certain destination, but when we stopped about halfway there they wouldn't allow us back on the bus, saying that our tickets were only to That halfway destination...we checked our tickets...and sure enough, they Were to that halfway place....for the price of Our destination!! We were Forced to buy another ticket each, or be left there... which wound up costing us $100 for a usually $50 trip!!!
The bus ride is the downer here.The busses aren't comfortable. There's somewhat of a footrest and the seats do recline, but when they do the person behind is practically squished or can barely exit there seat. Plus there usually is only one bathroom in the back. It takes to long to arrive at its destination. My body is basically exhausted from being on the bus. The people are mostly decent at least.
Bad customer service buses are on bad condition uncomfortable seats won't be using them again
