It is very rare when an employee attends you. Usually you have to be asking around several employees for service.
Horrible organization, had to wait 2 days for a forklift for pipe they knew was being delivered for a week. 2nd day arrived at 8am and had to wait till noon before it finally showed up to get off-loaded. Very un-organized and unprofessional.
