bought ring and had it resized and engraved. they charged me twice for the engraving, took over two months to get it back. Very rude over the phone and in person, need to work on customer service. Will be going to San Antonio if I cant find somewhere else to buy jewelry from down here, well worth the drive over having to deal with them again.
