I hate this kay jewelers! The employee never help you even though they see you need help. Because they think you have no money to buy things and when they know i have a credit card from there they immediately get all friendly! Employees need re training or need to be replaced! There is always 2 people helping and it gets packed!
This place is awesome! I think they recently got new management and the experience I received was incredible.
Have gone serveral times to Kay's and I will NEVER do business there again. The customer service is so bad. I toke my business to Zales.
The manager was a little bit insensitive of my particular return.
