Helped my sister and I soon as we walked in. No harsh cutting around my cuticle (skin). My regular place in SA cuts the hell out my skin (around the nail) and then it gets all hard and begins to peal. Anyways, she was more focused and less talking with her coworkers or fiddling with her phone. Finished real quick but amazing finish. No fancy lotion hand message after everything was done but I didn't mind, needed a quick job. Definitely would come back.
