Lady that cut my hair didn't speak English. I don't speak Spanish. Therefore I was forced to smile and nod as she gave me the complete opposite of what I asked for. Been in Laredo 3 months, and j have yet to find a decent haircut place..
I called, and it is posted on the door, they open at 9AM. It is 9:35 and I am still waiting for them to open. Don't think it was worth the drive from the southern part of the city to the northern part of the city to get a haircut!
Waited for 30 minutes when two other people walked in and did not check in online. My name was the next person on the list then I was bumped down. Worst service!
THURSDAY JULY 27 (11AM) I come here once a month, from monday to Thursday theres discount to the military its not much but I leave a tip because of that.. Today i got attended by an old lady she kinda struggled to get my cut but it's alright, i understand sometimes you make mistakes, she fixed it. After we were done she asked me if I had coupons of some sort but i didnt but showed her my military ID for my proper discount.. Well she didnt gave me my discount and just charged me regular price.. Then i asked her if the Military discount was over she said 'yea we still have it..' i stared her like 'errr well i just showed you my id' but she said she couldn't give me my discount anymore because alrededy did the process. I really showed to ger way before that so it disappointed me.. This place always been great with me, of course i payed and left i dont plan to make a whole bunch of drama for a few bucks. Im just not coming back on thursdays. She needs to pay more attention to details.. Oh and she didnt really understand english
Seemed like good service on my end. They can do a better job about making things clear and specific with holiday time adjustments.
