Worst experience. Regret buying products at Conns in Laredo. Terrible customer service and the appliance I bought already broke In just a few months. Trying to get them to come out to fix it but there are only three days available in the whole month of November. :( Never again.

I was told I would have 12 months interest free on my tv. NOPE. I've been paying for interest this whoooolllee time so the balance has not budged. I went back to ask about that and the manager said that I didn't get approved for that deal. I wouldn't have gotten that tv if it didn't have that deal.
Horrible horrible costumer service!!!! We bought a tv on wed and it has a black line on the screen. We called to let them know and the sales associate was very rude! She told my husband we couldnt return it since they deliver it!!! My Husband told her to understand and put herself on his shoes Her great andwer was No you put yourself on my shoes!!! We came to the store to talked to the manger and waited for almost an hr for Her. When She approach us She didn't even introduced Herself She only asked us are you the ones from the Tv? As we started to explained the problem She told us its out of my hands I can't do anything. I told Her about Her employee being rude to us and Her answer was axtually I was there and She wasn't being rude!!! even though Her employee told my Husband She was in a meeting the whole day!!!! The name of the manager is Stephanie "store manager" we got conned by conns
