Purchasing the furniture was fast and easy. Having it delivered in a timely manner was a joke. We purchased a complete sofa set and Serta Mattress. The sofa set came and there was no problem until they told us they did not have the mattress. So we called Ashley and they claimed it had not come in yet. A call to inform us would have been nice, but I understood that these things can happen. Long story short every time they said the mattress would be delivered it never was and each time they said we would receive a call. Never got a call. They claimed the mattress that had come in was damaged. But again no call, it had to be me calling each time to find out what was going on. In the end they kept promising me it would be another two weeks but a month had passed. Never shopping there again!
Bought a table paid cash. Got a delivery date, then they call and said that there not going to get it till around August. They told me they would refund my money, so since I paid cash I go to the store to collect. They said they have to wait for the refund check to come in about 5 days!!! EXCUSE ME!!! I paid cash, I want my money now!!! Better Buisness Bureau needs to investigate this furniture store.
The process of buying a couch was so easy and so quick! I was in the store for less than an hour!
We bought a living room sofa set and then the sales man told me that they had some in the warehouse. And told me to pick it up the next day. The next day this guy called me and said that they really did not have it. So instead they told me pick it up on August 4. I called on the day that they told me to pick it up and they said it would arrive on August 6. Then on August 6 I called again and they changed my pick up date to August 12. When i finally picked up my sofas they handled it wrong and they broke it. F&@% that. I don't need this s#/$
