Dr. Rodriguez has been my childrens' doctor for the last fifteen years. He is very good and he explains everything to you. He takes time to talk about any concerns you have or questions you might want to ask.
All 3 children have been under Dr. Rodriguez care since birth and we moved to San Antonio and make trips for scheduled physicals.

The doctor is nice but his staff is so rude. Took my 3 daughters who are patients from there and they told me they couldnt be seen because they didnt have an appt. Since when do you have to have an appt to be sick. To me this is bullshit. They should still take u in because to me this is refusing service. I am so pist off right now
My children have been patients for Dr. Rodriquez for years and although I have a few complaints about him the main reason why I finally made the decision to change dr is because his staff is so rude and unprofessional . Every time I try calling, I have to try a few times because they don't answer , they leave you on long holds, sometimes they won't even let you speak and say please hold. When asking questions about your kids history they answer in a very sarcastic manner . I'm extremely upset that Dr. Rodriquez hasn't done anything about this .
