My son was having learning problems at school. Dr.Berlioz did not even let me explain to him what was going on he automatically told me he was chilado and all he need was more discipline.
The staff is not mean, but not friendly either. I do not mean all of them. There is a few in there. However, it is true. The Dr. will not allow you to explain your children's symptoms and once you do, all they say it is their bodies trying to fight a virus and give you fever reducer. No test, no re-assurance. I had been taking my son here since he was born, and they never told me he had a murmur. As soon as I switched him, Dr. Sosa immediately referred me to a cardiologist. Dr. Berlioz did do a good job on both of my boys circumcisions. The only good thing is there lengthy hours. Overall I would not take them there. A good recommendation is Fernando Sosa. Loved his practice and he will check your kid from head to toe!
Well what can I say!!!! I like this place at first I was doubting it but he is a good Dr. I noticed it since the time that my twin girls were born. He was there day and night visiting the NICU. Thats when I noticed we sometimes take things for granted I was only able to see my babies for 3 hours a day and I was always wondering if they were ok and sure enough they were I was told plenty of times that Dr.Berlioz was there. Its not the doctors fault that when you take your child in and their sick that you don't follow up correctly with the medication when it says take it for 12 DAYS you need to take it for those days. Also After 13 years of my nephew having problems with his ears and throat the only person that was able to find a solution was Dr.Berlioz. He took the time to understand what was going on and did his own research on it and BOOMMMM My nephew had Surgery and he's been fine ever since. Yes the wait time is crazy in there but your child will get checked and please people if your kids are not going to see the Dr keep them at home its not a daycare up in there!!!! Its been a few times that mothers that are so irresponsible take all of their children and leave them waiting like if other mothers will watch them while she goes in NO!!! Thats not right!!! (Happy Mother) EXCELLENT DR!!!!
There are many people that go even as walk ins and I believe we do a great work at our job and get it done right. Dr.Berlioz Mr. Arredondo and Mr Estrada are all great. If you want one of them in specific you are more than welcome to let us know before you are walked into an exam room. My kids love them and I love it there. 5 Stars
Worst doctor along with his office staff! Over charging! Charges my insurance 120$ to refill a prescription during an free health checkup along with charging me an additional 30$, just for requesting an epi pen refill. Immediately changing doctors! I couldn't put zero stars, but that's what he deserves!
