Great Doctor it's unfortunate that his staff is horrible
Ridiculous! That's what I have to say. The doctor is a very nice man and a good doctor but his office staff sucks. I took my mom almost two weeks ago for a visit and now all I need is a simple form signed so the insurance will cover her supplies. They said they haven't had time to get to it so we have to pay 500.00 dllrs for supplies that should be covered by her medicare but won't be covered because they haven't had time in 2 weeks to get around to it. Now I'm told they will get to it maybe by Thursday
