They want to charge you for things that have been paid for already more of business than a patient appreciation.
Wish I could give 10 stars! I took my 12 year old daughter for a consultation. The staff was incredibly pleasant. There wasn't a ridiculous amount of paperwork to fill out. There was less than a 5 minute wait. Dr. Trevino was punctual and he really took his time to understand my daughters symptoms and gave us a very thorough explanation of the course of care. He's very patient and truly a great guy. I wish all doctors were as down to earth and caring as him!
Dr. Trevino did an excellent job. Staff was kind, caring, and very friendly with only a quick 5 minute wait. Would definitely recommend this Dr. to anyone.
Called to try to make an appointment and employee made it very difficult. She did not try to help. Spoke about all the things she can't help with vs what she can do to help. Bad representation of office.
