I tried calling to set up an appointment as a new patient the lady was rude, wouldn't let me speak. Told me I needed to have a certain type of insurance, while i was getting the information she got annoyed and said I needed to figure it out and call back.
Dr Menchaca went above and beyond for my mom. We are so lucky to have such a caring and experienced Doctor and staff to take care of us.
Dr. Menchaca office has a very long wait. His office staff is very rude. We took our son for a well baby check up and waited two hours, then to be told we could not get his immunizations. We were giving some extra charges for the immunization which we refused to pay. The office staff has to buzz you in and out to arrive or leave this office. When we refused to pay the made up charges, we were denied exit from the office. I would advise you to research for a better doctor's office.
