They completely disregarded our request to be seen even though we had been second in line and arrived on time for our appointment. As more and more people came in they saw them first and just left me waiting. We repeatedly asked what was going on and why ten other people had been seen before us. They said they didn't know were the confusion happened but still didn't see us and let others go before us. People have jobs and can't spend all their time waiting to not be seen on when they are suppose to. Thanks for my two hours waiting.
