Professional doctor and staff. He was patient and gentle in examining our son. He's knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner!
Wait time with an appoinment is around 2.5 to 3 hours,and doctor to check patient is 5 mins oh and doctor chinna is never there.
i rate him no stars but since its not letting me post it for not rating it here it is. for the reason that not once did he check him, it was all trained staff. not only that my son had a mole on his back and all he would say is a birth mark. now recently changed him to avelino alvarez and he freaked out about his mole and guess what? they did a biopsy on my son and he was at moderate thank goodness for alvarez for actually noticing it and actually worrying about it. if i would've kept my son with chhina my son wouldve had the melanoma cancer spread all over his body.
Over a week of them saying my son is to be released over and over and they keep making reasons to keep him. Since we are on insurance that pays them well. 97.7 degrees is his tempature which is normal and they want it higher. Oh and the doctor is never here and that's that my wife is here 8am-7pm
*I would like to add that our second visit to this doctor had a 2.5 hours wait time even though we had an appointment. I think any child that came in sick before we arrive was put on the list to be seen before us. CRAZY!!!
They have the rudest employees and the place is filthy. My daughters ears were pierced crooked because they were in a hurry.
