HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! the staff unprofessional, i went for my annual woman checkup, according to my insurance is preventive, i ask a question related to contraception (i'm already at the doctors office, why not?), that is also considered as preventive, and they charge it like a separate appointment on the same day and now my insurance doesn't want to cover it, big mess.

Doctor and staff have treated me kindly throughout both my pregnancies. Doctor is very patient and caring. Doctor was always there to see me and made sure I was getting the proper care at the hospital when I got severely sick with one of my pregnancies. Very pleased with this doctor's office!
Staff is great but the Doctor was extremely rude. He made me very uncomfortable and treated me like Shi*. I have NEVER been so disappointed in a doctor... Today by far was my worst appointment. Hopefully it was just him having a bad!
The nurse that tended to my every question and need was awesome. I hardly saw Dr.Montalvo.
The reason why I gave it a one star is because I am big on customer service. The administration is rude and very disorganized. I was a responsible and on time client with payments and appointments but they seemed to be giving the cold shoulder when it came to my refund. The customer service made me think twice before going to Dr.Montalvo again for future pregnancies.
Everyone I knew recommended Dr.Montalvo and I went with it. I regret it in some ways because your experience is suppose to be great (being my first child) but I dreaded the appointments because of their customer service performance.
Once again I enjoyed the main nurses care and her attention. She was great!
